All purchases made in Moment’s Trading are protected by our refund policy. This includes Gold monthly, Gold quarterly, Silver monthly, and Silver quarterly membership.

Users understand upon purchase that they will receive the good promised within the sale. Because we have a free one-time trial period (3 days) available to every non-premium member, we have a strict no-refund policy on all purchased digital products offered relating to Moment’s Trading and its discord server.

In the case a user is unsatisfied with a product after purchase, they are suggested to cancel their recurring payment immediately via their Upgrade.Chat account. If a user attempts to charge back any purchase they will be banned by default from the server.
